Coaches who need any clinics please register on line at http://www.hockeynl.ca/ before Wednesday. The clinics are from October 21 - 23 and will be the only ones in this immediate area.
Please register on-line so HNL can determine if there is enough interest to facilitate the clinics. HNL will make a decision by Wednesday if they will be a go depending on the number registered.
Clinics for those interested in coaching with CeeBees Minor Hockey will be available at the following times at Crescent Collegiate, Blaketown and at Whitbourne Arena. Speak Out $10 October 21 6pm to 10pm

Intro to coach IP $55 October 23 8am to 12pm

Tournament schedules must be submitted to the executive for approval before they are sent to the associations that are attending and at least 72 hours before the start of the tournament.

Reminders for all tournaments:
1. Please check with the executive for the cost of each tournament
2. All registration money for the tournaments must be presented to the tournament coordinator in the form of cheque made out to CEE BEES Minor hockey.....Please make sure when inviting the teams they are aware of this....Joanne Taylor will accept cheques from the associations however will not be accepting cash.
3. All fundraising at tournaments must be approved by our fundraising director Maureen Maher
4. The coordinator will be responsible to collect the appropriate travel form from each team coming to the tournament.....any team not having the appropriate travel form will not be permitted to play in the tournament until the form is in place......failure to comply by HNL policy will result in a $250 fine to the team/association (by HNL).
COACHES
Reminder to all coaches that your provincial rosters are due to the executive for approval before January 6th......this will give us time to meet the January 10, 2010 deadline for HNL ALSO A reminder about travel forms....please make sure if you travel the appropriate travel form is filled out and faxed to Dec Lecour and if hosting games the coach/coordinator of that division is responsible to ask the visiting team for their travel form......failure to do so will result in a fine of $250 for the association/team If any coaches has checked the grading report and you think that an appeal for movement is necessary...please forward a letter from the coaching staff along with game sheets of any games played to date and in the future for the month of January. The next appeal for the grading is Febuary 1, 2010......All necessary documentation must be into the executive before January 15, 2010.....(wp)
All divisions are asked to please keep attendance from the start of the hockey season..........you will be asked to pass long the attendance to the executive at the end of every month........the first attendance will be due to us Oct. 31, 2010.............also all divsions are asked to please keep a tracking system of the rotation of players for all exhibition games and tournament. The executive will be checking to make sure that all players are rotated equally............

ALL TEAMS TRAVELLING TO AND FROM EXHIBION GAMES/ TOURNAMENTS MUST FILL OUT A TRAVEL FORM
IF THE APPROPRIATE FORM IS NOT FILLED OUT AND SENT TO DEC LECOUR PRIOR TO THE TEAM TRAVELLING
THERE WILL BE A FINE SANCTIONED BY HNL
